Strategy

Change Management Programmes

This is an inspiring seminar that is run for corporate leaders and their teams it provides ideas on how to motivate teams to develop an adventurous spirit and achieve incredible goals.

During the talk Pamela Watson shares lessons learnt from her solo cycle journey across Africa on a bicycle and how these lessonsare relevant to leaders of organisations operating in a changing and challenging competitive enviroment like that found in Nigeria.

Leveraging IT for Competitive Success

We do not consider IT an end in itself and our approach is to understand the competitive impact and opportunities created by IT along our client’s entire value chain.
For example, in many situations the web creates new marketing and sales channels, but does not necessarily replace old channels. IT can certainly be used to gather information about customers and suppliers delivering more efficient distribution systems and supply processes.
