For example, in many situations the web creates new
marketing and sales channels, but does not necessarily replace
old channels. IT can certainly be used to gather information
about customers and suppliers delivering more efficient
distribution systems and supply processes. However, massive
investments can be made in IT and we seek to ensure that our
clients’ investments deliver returns in terms of cash benefits
and competitive advantage.
